About The Role Pozotron is looking for a full-time Sales Operations Coordinator to support our day-to-day Sales and Customer Success operations.

This is an operational and coordination-focused role, centred on supporting daily workflows and ensuring processes run smoothly as we scale. You will play a key role in keeping communication, demos, and CRM activities organized, consistent, and efficient. The role is ideal for someone who is highly organized, detail-oriented, and a strong communicator, with a focus on execution and process reliability.

You should also have a strong eye for identifying inefficiencies and opportunities for automation, and be comfortable working within (and improving) structured systems. Key Responsibilities 1. Email Communication & Campaign Support Manage and support ongoing communication with leads (inbound and outbound) Work with and adapt existing email templates Ensure consistent outreach and timely follow-ups Support the execution of email campaigns and sequences 2.

Demo Coordination & Execution Schedule demos and manage calendars Run product demos, primarily for B2C customers Ensure a smooth and professional demo experience Accurately log call notes and outcomes in CRM 3. CRM Support (HubSpot) Maintain clean, accurate, and up-to-date records Ensure consistency in data entry and notes Support daily CRM operations within established workflows 4. Lead Generation Conduct targeted B2B and B2C lead research and ICP-based prospecting to support outreach and pipeline goals Build, maintain, and enrich lead lists within CRM and spreadsheets, ensuring accuracy and usability Verify and update data to maintain high-quality, actionable records Collaborate with sales and marketing to align on targeting and campaign needs What You Bring Required 1–2+ years of experience in sales operations, customer success, or similar 2+ years of experience in B2C and B2B manual lead generation Experience working with CRM systems (HubSpot preferred) Experience running product demos or customer onboarding Strong written communication skills in English Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail Native or near-native English proficiency (written and spoken) Ability to travel to international conferences if required Nice to Have Experience in SaaS or tech companies Basic understanding of GDPR Familiarity with CRM systems and software tools for automatic email outreach like HubSpot, Reply.io, Outreach, or similar Advanced Proficiency in a second language, ideally Spanish, French, or German What We Offer Competitive salary and Quarterly performance bonuses (team and individual) Fully remote and flexible work environment Extended health care benefits Flexible paid time off to recharge and reset Significant personal and professional growth opportunities within a fast-scaling tech company
