Business Analyst 3 Plano, TX(Fully Onsite (9am-5pm)) 12 months Key skills needed: Demonstrate a high level of attention to detail, accountability and commitment to excellence Exceptional organizational skills and ability to multitask, problem solve and prioritize Proficiency in Microsoft Office especially Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook and Word Deep data analysis proficiency Primary Responsibilities Assist with monitoring and analyzing promotions, product performance, store level performance, competitive analysis, et al to drive account success Monitor and update the lifecycle of the product portfolio across channels Complete deep analysis on key topics and report results in an easily understandable and actionable manner Responsible for a series of weekly reports Interface with multiple internal teams, including Sales, Marketing, Business Operations, Finance and SCM and assist in increasing efficiencies and functionality in the sales process Requirements Bachelor’s degree with minimum 3-5 years of relevant business experience Demonstrate a high level of attention to detail, accountability and commitment to excellence Exceptional organizational skills and ability to multitask, problem solve and prioritize Ability to utilize technology in creating workplace and process efficiencies Proficiency in Microsoft Office including Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook and Word Strong proficiency in data analysis and clear reporting Self-starter with strong work ethic and positive attitude Excellent communication and relational skills Enjoy collaboration with the team but know when to take ownership of tasks. Beeline Summary: The main function of a business operations specialist is to maintain vendor relationships, acting as a business analyst for non-IT projects or filling organizational roles above an administrative level, but below a management level. Other responsibilities may include maintaining all project management processes, including project goals, deadlines, metrics and budget.

The business operations specialist usually reports to a project manager or director. Job Responsibilities: Establish and maintain communication services across business units or from the project team to the organization. Maintain the storage and retrieval of all project communications data and business metrics.

Review contracts, cost proposals and contract supplements. Set up project and work breakdown structures. Establish and document business processes.

Track project budgets and expenditures, monitor transaction controls and costs against budgets. Predict potential budget overruns and offer solutions. Skills: Verbal and written communication skills, attention to detail, customer service and interpersonal skills.

Ability to work independently and manage one s time. Knowledge of business and management principles involved in strategic planning, resource allocation, and production methods. Ability to apply accounting and mathematical principles to work as needed.

Ability to analyze business trends and project future revenues and expenses. Previous experience with computer applications, such as Microsoft Word and Excel; Enterprise Application experience a plus. Education/Experience: Bachelor's degree in business management, economics, finance, accounting or relevant field required. 5-7 years experience required.
