Primary Responsibilities Independently conduct industry and company research focused on prospective new client targets on behalf of PRO's Business Development Team. Provide to PRO Sales Directors via PRO's CRM platform all relevant insights gleaned from the research In addition to conducting research, the Sales Operations Analyst will perform ongoing daily/weekly database cleansing to include account/contact record updates, de-duplication, various activity reporting and ongoing analysis The Sales Operations Analyst shall be available for ad-hoc special sales department projects such as opportunity history reporting, territory alignment, etc. Minimum Qualifications BA/BS degree required At least 5 years industry experience Familiarity with Salesforce CRM, D&B and/or other 3rd party industry listings Preferred Qualifications Experience focused on Fortune 500/large global companies with attention to M&A activity, corporate financial performance, fast growing "unicorn" lists Ability to identify key industry trends/corporate strategies related to workforce planning with the ability to interpret the research to provide actionable insights to PRO's sales leadership Working Conditions Business casual corporate attire (could vary depending on client visits).
