Job Description

About the Role Natureland Organics is looking for a dynamic and result-oriented Sales Officer to drive sales and expand market presence across Telangana and Hyderabad. The candidate will be responsible for developing business through pharmacies, medical stores, wellness outlets, distributors, and retail channels. Key Responsibilities Achieve primary and secondary sales targets in the assigned territory.

Develop and maintain strong relationships with distributors, retailers, medical stores, and wellness outlets. Expand product availability and visibility across the market. Identify new business opportunities and onboard new customers.

Ensure effective execution of sales and promotional activities. Monitor competitor activities and provide market feedback. Manage collections and maintain healthy customer relationships.

Requirements Experience: 3โ€“4 years in FMCG, Nutraceutical, OTC, Pharma, or Healthcare Sales. Qualification: Graduate in any discipline. Experience in handling pharmacy/medical shop channels is mandatory.

Strong sales, negotiation, and communication skills. Good understanding of distributor management and retail sales operations. Willingness to travel extensively within Telangana and Hyderabad.
