Sales Negotiator

Overview Are you in the property industry or a motivated individual? We want to hear from you! We are looking for a talented and motivated sales negotiator to join our award winning team.

Responsibilities Negotiate sales on behalf of clients Provide excellent customer service to clients throughout the buying process Build and maintain relationships with clients to generate new business Assist in progressing sales from the point of offer all the way through to completion Assist in marketing properties through online listings, social media, and other advertising platforms Onboarding and compliance of new customers Conduct property viewings with potential buyers Qualifications Strong organizational skills to manage multiple clients and properties simultaneously Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to build rapport with clients Ability to work independently and as part of a team Knowledge of the real estate market and property laws/regulations is desirable Previous estate agency experience is preferred but not essential for this role If you are a motivated individual with a passion for real estate and excellent customer service skills, we want to hear from you!
