Now, we're happy to offer you an exciting opportunity to join our dynamic team as a Sales Negotiator.

This is a full-time, permanent position located in Marple, Stockport . Let's talk about the role. It involves; Being the first point of contact for clients and customers, this includes, registering clients on our property software, arranging viewings, valuations and mortgage advice appointments.

Generating new business and cross-service opportunities between sales, lettings and financial services Overseeing the sales process, including taking offers, negotiating sales, and sales progression. Helping to convert the branch sales pipeline to completion. Support the branch on lettings when/ if required.

We're looking for individuals with qualities such as: Experience in a similar role is required, high volume of sales progression is essential. Great customer service & natural selling ability. Strong knowledge of the area preferred.

Full clean driving licence required & preferably your own car which is legally roadworthy. Ability to commit to working 1 in 3 Saturdays. Join us and experience a workplace that truly values you.
