Together, we’re looking for ambitious and driven Sales Negotiators to join their team at Egerton House, Manchester (Tower Business Park). If you’re a confident salesperson with proven success in a target-driven environment, this role offers real financial reward from Day 1 through a strong commission structure.
What You\'ll Do Manage and sell a fast-moving, diverse property portfolio. Guide both buyers and sellers through the sales process with confidence and professionalism. Use strong negotiation, listening, and relationship-building skills to manage expectations and close deals quickly.
Drive revenue through volume and margin targets. Progressed agreed sales efficiently through to conveyancing with high attention to detail. Requirements 1+ year of sales experience (property sales experience is a plus).
A team player with a positive, adaptable attitude. Excellent communication skills (both verbal and written). Resilient under pressure and able to meet deadlines.
