As aSales Negotiator, your role will involve: Registering applicants Arranging Viewings Booking FS appointments Referring Conveyancing leads Negotiating on offers Liaising with vendors and purchaser Working hours: As a Sales Negotiator, you’ll be required to work Monday toFriday 8:30am - 5:30pm, and on alternative Saturdays 10:00am – 4:00pm The successfulSales Negotiatorwill be offered: Basic £22,000 – £25,000 OTE £40,000 - £50,000 Individual commission on completed sales To be considered for theSales Negotiatorrole you must have: Background in sales Ability to close for business Good knowledge of the Southport area. #J-18808-Ljbffr
