Role Description This is a full-time on-site role for a Sales Marketing Manager based in Bengaluru East. The Sales Marketing Manager will oversee the development and execution of sales and marketing strategies, manage client relationships, and collaborate with cross-functional teams to achieve business goals.
Responsibilities include analyzing market trends, implementing promotional campaigns, identifying sales opportunities, and driving residential sales. The Sales Marketing Manager is expected to provide expert insights to improve engagement and ensure alignment with the company's mission of delivering exceptional, sustainable housing solutions. Qualifications Strong background in Sales, Client Relationship Management, and Lead Generation Proficiency in Marketing Strategy, Campaign Planning, and Communication Experience with Digital Marketing, Branding, and CRM tools Effective Leadership and Team Management abilities Analytical skills to monitor market trends and develop data-driven strategies Exceptional written and presentation skills for internal and client-facing communication Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field; an advanced degree is a plus Prior experience in real estate marketing is highly beneficial Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet tight deadlines
