HebHomes is one of Scotland’s leading suppliers of contemporary, energy-efficient kit homes. We are looking for a confident, enthusiastic and organised person to join our Glasgow team.

\n

\n

Working directly with Lynsey, our Sales and Marketing Manager, you will help prospective customers take the first steps towards building their own HebHome. You will respond to enquiries, follow up potential customers and help keep our sales pipeline moving.

\n

\n

You will also help us reach new audiences by researching and contacting relevant partners, publications and organisations. As your knowledge develops, you will have the opportunity to explore how AI can help us improve our research, outreach, website content and everyday marketing.

The role

• Answer calls and respond to new enquiries
\n
• Follow up prospective customers by telephone and email
\n
• Develop existing leads and keep Pipedrive accurate and up to date
\n
• Research and approach potential partners and referral organisations
\n
• Identify opportunities to promote HebHomes and increase our online visibility
\n
• Help prepare presentations, advertisements and other sales material
\n
• Use AI and digital tools to make everyday tasks more effective and efficient
\n

About you

\n

\n

You will be personable, proactive and comfortable speaking with customers. You should be interested in architecture and good design, with a willingness to learn and try new ways of working.

\n

\n

You do not need to be an AI, SEO or technical specialist. We are looking for someone who is digitally curious and interested in learning how new technology can support sales and marketing. You will receive guidance and will not be expected to know everything from day one.

\n

\n

We welcome both experienced applicants and people looking to develop their careers. Experience in sales, customer service, marketing, property or construction would be useful. A background in architecture, interiors or graphic design would be a particular advantage.
