This role is for one of the Weekday's clients Salary range: Rs 1500000 - Rs 5000000 (ie INR 15-50 LPA) Min Experience: 6 years Location: Bengaluru, NCR, Pune, Hyderabad, Remote (India) JobType: full-time This position demands an individual with expertise in IT staffing, project-based delivery, and resource augmentation , capable of independently generating new business opportunities within the Indian market. It is a hunter role centered on acquiring new clients, securing deals, and fostering long-term account development . Requirements Key Responsibilities Identify and secure new IT services & staffing clients throughout the Indian market. Market and sell resource augmentation, contract staffing, and project-based IT services . Manage the complete sales cycle : from lead generation to pitching, negotiation, and closing deals. Establish and maintain strong relationships with CXOs, CTOs, IT Heads, and Delivery Managers . Collaborate closely with the recruitment team to ensure smooth deployment of resources. Keep a robust pipeline and achieve monthly and quarterly revenue goals. Grow current accounts by placing additional consultants and resources.
