Job Role: Sales Manager - Team Leader
Experience: 3+ Years in Field Sales
CTC: Up to 5.50 LPA + Incentive + Others Benefits
Location: Bangalore
Roles & Responsibilities:
- Recruit, Lead and motivate the sales team.
- Manage sales activities and achieve targets in the assigned area.
- Develop new customers and maintain existing client relationships.
- Monitor daily sales, leads, and follow-ups.
- Visit customers and identify new business opportunities.
- Prepare sales reports and update management.
Candidate Profile:
- A bachelor's degree in any industry.
- 3+ years of sales & marketing experience
- Strong analytical, communication, and leadership skills.
- Possession of a bike and a valid driving license is required.
