Develop and implement channel sales strategies that align with company goals and objectives. • Manage relationships with key channel partners, including distributors, dealers, and retailers. • Build and maintain strong relationships with existing customers and identify new business opportunities. • Analyze market trends and competitor activities to identify opportunities and threats. • Monitor sales performance and provide regular reports to senior management. • Collaborate with marketing teams to develop promotional campaigns and product launch plans. • Conduct regular training sessions for channel partners to ensure they are knowledgeable about Yonex products and sales techniques. • Provide excellent customer service to ensure customer satisfaction and loyalty.
