One of our clients is looking to hire a remote Sales Manager in Canada to help with their growth plan in 2024. This role will focus on full-cycle sales working closely with the management team and targeting specific clients in the automotive industry. Job Description Our client is seeking a dynamic and results-oriented remote Sales Manager to lead their sales team to new heights in 2024.

The ideal candidate will possess a proven track record of achieving and exceeding sales targets, a strong understanding of sales processes, and exceptional leadership skills. The Sales Manager will be responsible for developing and implementing effective sales strategies, managing a team of sales professionals, and driving overall revenue growth for the company. Responsibilities: Sales Strategy Development: Develop and implement strategic sales plans to achieve company objectives.

Analyze market trends, competitor activities, and customer needs to identify opportunities for growth. Recruit, train, and mentor a high-performing sales team. Set clear sales targets and motivate team members to achieve and exceed them.

Conduct regular performance evaluations and provide constructive feedback to team members. Oversee day-to-day sales operations and ensure adherence to sales processes and policies. Collaborate with other departments to streamline communication and enhance overall efficiency.

Customer Relationship Management: Build and maintain strong relationships with key customers and clients. Address customer inquiries and concerns in a timely and professional manner. Performance Analysis: Monitor and analyze sales performance metrics to identify areas for improvement.

Develop and implement corrective actions as needed to achieve sales targets. Prepare and present accurate sales forecasts and reports to the executive team. Work closely with the finance department to ensure alignment between sales forecasts and budgetary considerations.

Market Research: Stay abreast of industry trends, market conditions, and competitor activities. Use market research to identify new business opportunities and potential areas for growth. Qualifications Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Sales, or a related field (MBA is a plus).

Proven experience as a Sales Manager or in a similar role. Strong leadership and motivational skills with the ability to build and lead a successful sales team. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

In-depth knowledge of sales principles and practices. Demonstrated ability to develop and implement effective sales strategies. Results-driven with a proven track record of meeting and exceeding sales targets.
