Sirius Personnel is a Placement and Headhunting Agency that Specializes in Sales and Marketing Professionals in Canada. (www.siriuspersonnel.com) Profile Our client sells technical services to commercial and industrial customers. They sell value-added solutions that help optimize operations, improve performance, and reduce costs. They are looking for someone bilingual in Montreal with a technical background and sales management experience. The services that we sell is generally service contracts of 3 years and some project-based work. The Sales manager is great at coaching, selling and managing key performance indicators and a couple of Key Accounts. You will spend 50% of your time on the road with key accounts and your team members. You will be part of the management team of the company. This is an opportunity for a hands-on sales leader to play a key role in scaling a growing technical services organization and building a high-performing team. Territory Province of Quebec, based in Montreal Workplace Montreal area office/Road Products/Services Technical contract services to industrial/commercial Commissions/Bonus 10% of base Other Benefits Full benefits package Matching RRSP Functions Develop sales strategies, forecasts, and manage the opportunity pipeline Monitor performance against targets and implement corrective actions as needed Define and implement client acquisition and retention strategies Build and maintain strong relationships with existing and prospective clients Participate in business development activities and support the sales team in key opportunities Prepare and oversee proposals, bids, and service agreements Recruit, coach, and develop a high-performing sales team Run and facilitate sales meetings Perform 1 on 1's to coach and help your sales people Work with the marketing and operations team.
Requirements Development vs Maintenance : 25% vs 75% Road vs Office : 50% vs 50% Languages : French and English (written and spoken) Education : Bachelor's degree in business or relevant work experience. Training : On the job training provided but must have sales management experience Overnight Travel : Very little overnight travel required Years of experience : Minimum 10 years in sales with 4 in sales management Other requirements : You have strong leadership skills Experience selling multi-year contracts is an asset #J-18808-Ljbffr
