HARTING is on the lookout for a Regional Distribution Manager in Montreal, Quebec, to spearhead field sales and partner engagement. This strategic position focuses on enhancing distributor relationships and driving revenue growth. In this regional sales management role, the successful candidate will cultivate relationships with OEM customers and distributor branches.
With a strong B2B sales background, you will proactively develop new business opportunities, conduct joint sales calls, and deliver impactful technical training. Your expertise will support distributor sales teams and help close new business effectively. Key Responsibilities: • Serve as the contact for regional distributor branches • Identify and develop new OEM business opportunities • Conduct joint sales calls targeting OEM accounts • Build relationships with key OEM stakeholders • Collaborate with internal teams on sales strategies Requirements: • Bachelor’s degree in Engineering • 5+ years of B2B field sales experience • Experience selling to OEMs in electronics industry • Familiarity with CRM, SAP preferred • Bilingual in French and English Lead field sales efforts and drive growth through strategic partnerships in this Regional Distribution Manager role. #J-18808-Ljbffr
