Sales Manager

We are looking for a driven, relationship-focused Sales Manager to support continued growth. This role is ideal for someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment, builds strong customer relationships, and leads with integrity while driving electrical sales performance. Key Responsibilities Lead, coach, and develop the sales team Build and manage key customer relationships Identify new business opportunities and support market growth Collaborate with leadership to shape sales strategy and execution Represent the organization professionally with strong product and industry knowledge Requirements Experience in sales leadership, preferably within a technical or electrical-related industry Strong relationship-building and communication skills Ability to motivate teams and drive results Strategic, organized, and comfortable working in a dynamic environment Solid understanding of electrical systems is an asset Note: Candidates with Electrical-Related Industry / Electrical Whole supply industry / Electrical Technical sales would be highly preferred.
