Job Title: Sales Manager โ€“ Real EstateSales Location: Connaught Place, New Delhi Department: Sales & Business Development Employment Type: Full-Time Experience Required: 2โ€“5 Years in Real Estate Sales About the Company We are a leading real estate advisory and development firm based in Connaught Place, New Delhi, specializing in premium residential, commercial, and investment-focused real estate opportunities. We are seeking a dynamic and result-oriented Sales Manager to lead our sales efforts, drive revenue growth, and build long-term client relationships. Key Responsibilities Sales & Revenue Generation Achieve monthly, quarterly, and annual sales targets.

Generate and convert leads through various channels including referrals, digital platforms, channel partners, and direct marketing. Manage the complete sales cycle from lead generation to closure. Conduct project presentations, site visits, and client meetings.

Develop and implement effective sales strategies to maximize revenue. Client Relationship Management Build and maintain strong relationships with HNIs, investors, corporate clients, and channel partners. Understand client requirements and recommend suitable investment opportunities.

Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction and post-sales support. Maintain an updated client database and sales pipeline. Business Development Identify new business opportunities and market trends.

Develop strategic alliances with brokers, consultants, and channel partners. Participate in exhibitions, property events, and networking activities. Provide market intelligence and competitor analysis to management.

Required Qualifications Master's/Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Real Estate, or related field. Strong understanding of real estate market dynamics.
