Our client, a busy franchised car dealership in Portsmouth has the requirement for an experienced Sales Manager to lead their successful Sales department team.
Sales Manager Responsibilities
- Inspire and drive the sales team forward
- Installing, and maintain processes
- Manufacturer reporting
- Stock management
- Marketing
- Maximising sales conversion and profitability
- Actively promoting Finance and Insurance related products
- Skilled at second facing customers
- Accounts Reviews
- Manufacturer & Supplier relationships
- Budgeting
- Staff Appraisals
Experience, Skills & Qualifications
Essential Requirements:
- Minimum of 2 years Sales Manager
- Franchised Dealership Experience
- Full UK Driving Licence
