Sales Manager

Franklin Ford is seeking a dynamic and results-driven Sales Manager to join our team in Norwood, MA. In this role, you will be responsible for leading and motivating our sales team to achieve sales targets and drive business growth. The ideal candidate will have strong leadership skills, a passion for customer service, and a proven track record in sales management within the automotive industry.

Responsibilities Lead, coach, and develop the sales team to meet and exceed sales goals. Develop and implement effective sales strategies to increase market share. Build and maintain strong customer relationships to ensure repeat business.

Analyze sales data to identify trends and opportunities for improvement. Collaborate with other departments to ensure a seamless customer experience. Prepare and present sales reports to senior management.

Requirements Proven experience as a Sales Manager or similar role in the automotive sector. Excellent leadership and team management skills. Strong communication and negotiation abilities.

Ability to analyze data and develop actionable insights. Familiarity with CRM software and sales analytics tools. Valid driver’s license and knowledge of the local market in Norwood, MA.
