Job DescriptionDesign Cafe is hiring a Sales Manager( Individual contributor) for its Whitefield Store Address : DesignCafe Experience Centre, Whitefield 3rd Floor, Ascendas Park Square Mall, ITPL Main Rd, Whitefield Main Rd, Bengaluru, Karnataka 560066 Landmark: Ascendas Park Square Mall Minimum :3 to 5 years prior experience in B2C Sales Role - Individual Contributor Roles & Responsibilities: Build pipeline and build strong relationships with prospects Own the experience we give every prospective customer from the first time they interact with us Responsible for achieving sales targets by working with a talented group of interiors designers Provide world-class customer experience by extending passion and commitment for serving customers The ideal candidate for this role will come with past experience in managing relationships with customers and running a sales team, with clear sales targets Candidates should come with a proven track record of taking ownership, understanding customer pain-points, driving results and moving with speed to implement ideas in a fast-paced environment. Should be effective communicators who can work effortlessly with customers, colleagues, business partners and vendors, alike Requirements: Excellent verbal and written communications skills 2 to 3 years of prior experience in B2C Sales hitting minimum monthly targets .
