Sales Manager We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Sales Manager to lead and execute the resort’s sales strategy, driving revenue growth and strengthening market presence. The successful candidate will be responsible for developing and managing key accounts, building strong relationships with travel partners, DMCs, and agents, and identifying new business opportunities across local and international markets. The role involves proactive sales activities, including market prospecting, client engagement, and participation in sales trips, trade shows, and networking events.

The Sales Manager will play a key role in maximizing occupancy, increasing market share, and positioning the resort competitively within the luxury segment. This role works closely with the Sales & Marketing leadership team to support revenue objectives, align sales strategies with overall business goals, and ensure seamless coordination with internal departments. The position also collaborates with external partners to drive impactful sales initiatives that enhance the resort’s visibility, reputation, and commercial success.
