Job Description

Summary The Sales Manager leads a team of sellers to drive the customer experience and achieve sales targets while providing an engaging employee experience. This role involves recruiting and developing talent, collaborating with store leadership, and maintaining operational and presentation standards in a luxury retail environment. Responsibilities Achieve sales and customer service targets for assigned areas Recruit select hire and onboard new team members Lead motivate and retain a high performing sales team Coach employees on standards parameters and performance goals Serve as manager in charge of the store as required Maintain merchandise presentation and evaluate inventory performance Implement customer relationship and loyalty management programs Manage payroll expense and staffing coverage to meet business needs Ensure compliance with health safety privacy and cyber security policies Requirements Minimum of 5 years supervisory experience with accountability for driving sales Proven track record of exceeding sales and profit targets Retail selling experience preferably in a luxury environment Demonstrated leadership and coaching abilities Experience developing client bases and loyalty programs Ability to influence seasonal store planning and identify business opportunities Knowledge of health safety and privacy compliance requirements #J-18808-Ljbffr
