We are looking for a Sales Managerto lead and elevate our sales team, drive consistent execution, develop talent, and ensure a high-quality, consultative sales experience across the funnel. You will drive daily sales execution while coaching the team to sell with clarity, ownership, and a strong client-first mindset.
This is a high-accountability role for a leader who thrives on the front lines and is ready to exceed our KPI’s.
Key Responsibilities
Continuous Daily Training:Lead and conduct daily coaching sessions, role-plays, instant feedback, and hands-on support to sharpen the team's closing skills and service knowledge. You are responsible for the constant evolution of our sales force.
KPI Mastery:Monitor real-time performance metrics to ensure all individual and team sales meet or exceed established don't just track the numbers; you own them.
Speed to Lead & Interaction Monitoring:Ensure response time to all leads in less than seconds. Actively review recurrent interactions with leads (calls, emails and meetings) to provide inmediate, actionable feedback.
CRM Hygiene & Integrity: Ensure % CRM accuracy. You will audit lead statuses, pipeline stages, and notes to ensure the data is clean and nurturing and follow-up is consistent across the team.
Follow-up Rigor:Guarantee that no lead is left behind by enforcing strict follow-up protocols. You will identify and propose process improvements.
Process Optimization:Continuously identify points for improvement in the sales script, lead hand-off process, and overall strategy to increase efficiency and win rates.
New Team Members:You’ll be involved in the hiring process, onboarding and training new team members on sales processes and tools.
Cross-Departmental Synergy:Work closely with Marketing and Operations to improve lead quality, tighten the feedback loop on lead sources, and streamline the overall sales flow.
Client First:Maintain a high-standard, consultative, client-first sales approach and support escalated cases when required.
Deal Strategy & Closing:Roll up your sleeves to support deal strategy and step in to help close high-value accounts when needed. Requirements & Qualifications
Proven Leadership:+ years of sales closing experience, including a track record of leading or coaching teams to hit aggressive targets.
Strategic & Analytical Mindset:Ability to translate long-term revenue goals into daily tactical wins and use data to identify bottlenecks or collaborate with Marketing for improvement.
High ticket transactional sales experience
Coaching DNA:Passion for continuous talent development—turning every "no" into a learning opportunity.
Operational Excellence:Solid understanding of pipeline management and CRM hygiene (HubSpot experience preferred).
