Now we're expanding. And we're hiring a remote Sales Manager based in India. What You'll Do Sales Responsibilities: Take Google Meeting sales calls with inbound leads Understand their health goals, challenges, and motivation Pitch our online coaching program with confidence and empathy Follow up and close high-ticket coaching plans (USD/CAD) Requirements Must Have: Fluent in English & Hindi (spoken) Strong communication, persuasion & presentation skills Experience in online sales / high-ticket sales Comfortable handling video calls and objections Highly disciplined, accountable, and committed Ability to consistently work night shifts Preferred: Background in fitness / nutrition / coaching Understanding of client psychology & buying behavior Experience with CRM tools & online sales funnels Work Schedule: 6 Days/Week 10 Hours/Day (Strict Commitment) Night Shift (IST): Any 10-hour window between 6:30 PM IST - 7:30 AM IST This role requires full discipline, availability, and consistency .

A smartphone for communication (WhatsApp, calls, etc.). Quiet & presentable environment with good lighting suitable for Google Meeting video calls with clients. Headset/mic or equipment that ensures clear audio and video quality.
