THE DETAILS You’ll be joining our Centre de liquidation EQ3 Laval team at 1828 Boul. le Corbusier, Laval, QC H7S 2K1, in a full time capacity You’ll be joining our EQ3 retail team in a Sales Manager role , leading the store team and driving business results while ensuring an exceptional customer experience. You’ll act as a leader and ambassador of the EQ3 brand, inspiring your team to deliver outstanding service while helping clients create spaces that reflect their style and needs. You’ll oversee the day‑to‑day operations of the store, including sales performance, customer experience, inventory procedures, and operational compliance with EQ3 brand standards and retail processes.

You’ll recruit, coach, and develop your team to maximize their performance through regular feedback, training, and one‑on‑one meetings, while fostering a culture of accountability, collaboration, and recognition. You’ll work closely with your management team to execute retail initiatives, analyze performance metrics, and implement strategies that drive sales growth and meet company objectives. You’ll also oversee scheduling, payroll coordination, reporting, and ensure the store maintains strong operational standards, visual presentation, and inventory accuracy.
