Regional Sales Manager - EMEA Company: MAC Panel Location: Remote (Up to 50% Travel) Position Overview MAC Panel is seeking a driven and strategic Regional Sales Manager to expand our presence in key high-reliability markets, with a primary focus on Aerospace & Defense. This role is responsible for developing new business, managing existing accounts, and driving revenue growth across strategic EMEA markets. Primary geographic focus includes the United Kingdom, Germany, France, Italy, and the Nordic region, with additional opportunities in select NATO-aligned and high-technology European markets.

Target customers include: Aerospace & Defense OEMs Defense primes and subsystem suppliers Automated test equipment (ATE) integrators Military/aerospace test labs High-reliability electronics manufacturers Secondary market focus includes automotive/industrial and medical/semiconductor, with additional opportunities in emerging industries utilizing mass interconnect solutions. This is a remote position requiring up to 50% travel to support customer engagement, onsite meetings, industry events, and channel partner development throughout EMEA. Key Responsibilities Drive revenue growth and market penetration within the Aerospace & Defense sector across the EMEA region (primary focus) Develop strategic relationships within key markets including: United Kingdom Germany France Italy Sweden, Norway, Denmark, and Finland Additional NATO-aligned and high-reliability manufacturing regions as applicable Identify, develop, and close new business opportunities across assigned territory Manage and grow relationships with existing customers and key accounts Expand sales efforts into automotive/industrial and medical/semiconductor markets Identify and pursue opportunities in industries utilizing: Automated test equipment (ATE) Electronic test systems High-reliability interconnect solutions Military/aerospace validation and integration environments Develop and execute strategic sales plans aligned with company objectives Collaborate with engineering, product management, and internal teams to deliver tailored customer solutions Conduct technical sales presentations and product demonstrations Maintain accurate pipeline forecasting and CRM updates Represent MAC Panel at trade shows, conferences, and customer sites throughout EMEA Support development and management of regional representatives, channel partners, and strategic industry relationships Provide market feedback to support product development, competitive positioning, and long-term growth strategy Qualifications Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Business, or related field (or equivalent experience) 5+ years of technical sales experience, preferably in: Aerospace & Defense (strongly preferred) Test systems, connectivity, or interconnect solutions Electronic systems integration or ATE environments Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets in complex technical markets Experience managing long-cycle, engineering-driven sales opportunities Strong understanding of consultative and solution-based selling approaches Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills Ability to work independently in a remote environment Willingness and ability to travel up to 50% throughout EMEA Preferred Experience Familiarity with: Mass interconnect systems Automated Test Equipment (ATE) PXI/VPX test architectures Electronic test and validation environments Experience working with: Aerospace & defense OEMs Defense primes Military integrators High-reliability electronics manufacturers Existing relationships within European aerospace and defense ecosystems preferred Exposure to regulated industries such as medical, semiconductor, or industrial automation manufacturing Experience managing independent sales representatives or channel partners within Europe
