Location: Bristol, England, United Kingdom Posted 3 weeks ago Base pay range £40,000 - £50,000 DOE (up to £10,000 - £12,500 OTE) Responsibilities Leadership Manage, coach, motivate, and mentor a team of two to achieve and exceed performance targets Build, develop, and retain a high‑performing team in a fast‑paced, scale‑up environment Recruit and retain new team members to support company growth Monitor calls and emails to improve quality, minimise errors, and track team performance Sales Operations & Performance Manage sales forecasting, pipeline review, KPI monitoring, and performance reporting Ensure HubSpot is used effectively to track leads, activity and performance; oversee data quality and reporting Analyse sales metrics and conversion to identify trends, opportunities and areas for improvement Design and optimise sales processes, contact flows, scripts and messaging for different client segments to drive consistency and scalability across the team Business Development & Partnerships Identify, approach and secure new partnership opportunities to support business growth Oversee the onboarding and relationship management of referral partners Collaborate with marketing and other teams to align campaigns, lead generation and partnership activity Champion the Eden Experience & Sales Excellence Lead by example by providing consultative, client‑focused sales interactions with prospective clients, answering questions and driving quote conversions Handle and resolve complex client enquiries and ensure a high level of service throughout the sales journey Use client feedback to enhance sales procedures, policies and standards Deliver individual and team KPIs that provide excellent client service and satisfaction Strategic Direction & Continuous Improvement Work closely with the Head of Sales & Marketing to refine and execute sales strategies that drive growth and profitability Support wider business objectives through collaboration and continuous process improvement Requirements Proven B2C and B2B sales management experience within financial, legal, property, utilities or other scale‑up environments Demonstrable experience building and leading high‑performing teams Strong understanding of HubSpot, sales analytics and reporting Experience managing sales pipeline and delivering accurate forecasting Confident in objection handling and creating messaging for different client segments Strong analytical skills and an affinity for data driven decision making Warm, personable communication and interpersonal skills Thrives in a target‑driven, fast‑paced environment Benefits 28 days annual leave (plus bank holidays on top) Option to buy and sell a further 5 days of leave Private medical insurance Group life assurance Health cash plan Wellbeing fund to contribute toward promoting mental and physical wellbeing Great office environment with free parking, free breakfast, coffee and soft drink Significant investment in learning and development Seniority level Entry level Employment type Full‑time Job function Legal Services #J-18808-Ljbffr
