Job Description: Reporting to the Director of Sales, the Sales Manager is accountable for capturing, maintaining and nurturing new and existing accounts for all segments, wholesale, body shops and for all services provided by Dented and affiliated services. These services include paintless dent repair, hail repair and vehicle calibration services.

The main area of coverage will be Alberta and Saskatchewan, with extended national travel for hail events. They will generate profitable, executable revenue within approved pricing, margin, and operational constraints. You will provide weekly reporting to Director of Sales on the status of prospects and leads.

You will ensure quarterly performance targets are achieved. You will bring new ideas and opportunities to the business, that can be developed and help support the sales function. Role Designation Hybrid – Your role will be home‑based, however there will be a requirement to travel (approximately 60%) and be on site during peak season (May to Oct) either at a location, CAT site or Dealer’s lot.

Accountabilities Hail Investigations – Conduct investigations using all appropriate methods (including phone and in‑person) and provide timely updates to accounts in affected markets across Alberta, Saskatchewan, and nationally. Keep hail investigation log updated and accurate within CRM. Generate revenue within approved pricing and margin authority.

Ensure proper agreements and account documentation and requirements are adhered to. Wholesale Hail Losses – ensure all operational requirements and processes are clearly identified, agreed to and documented through the Wholesale Hail Check List for all deals. All fixed unit pricing requires Operations or Management approval.

Wholesale, Dealer Groups and body shop sales and relationship building. Act as the primary point of contact and manage all receivables over 90 days. Establish relationship for a route door dent business for brick‑and‑mortar locations, with handoff as directed.

Escalate all non‑standard pricing, scope, or delivery commitments for review/approval. Generate revenue for Dented “controlled” Level5Drive Calibration facilities. Target collision and glass shops to utilize various types of vehicle calibrations.

Maintain accurate pipeline and shop‑level forecast data. Clear, complete and accurate sales contracts. Ensure clean handoffs to Operations and Finance.

Maintain CRM system for hail investigations, all visits and important calls – documenting efforts. Attend industry events. Qualifications A minimum of 5 years of automotive sales experience, ideally with exposure to body shops and dealerships.

A solid understanding of various Microsoft Office software, particularly Excel, ReconPro and Progi Sync. Outstanding interpersonal skills and a proven ability to communicate effectively across all levels. Ability to develop strong relationships throughout the organization and influence senior leaders and teams.

You are a self‑directed individual, able to manage escalations and work with your team to bring resolution to the matter. The ideal candidate will have prior experience ‘scoping’ hail damage, and an understanding of what can and cannot be repaired via the PDR process. The ideal candidate is bilingual, but not a mandatory requirement.
