Business Development Manager – Security Sales & Strategic Growth We are seeking an ambitious, results-driven Business Development Manager – Security Sales & Strategic Growth to lead new client acquisition and expand our presence across Ontario. This is not a traditional sales position. We are looking for a hunter who can open doors, build relationships, close deals, and generate significant revenue growth. Role Description This is a full-time, hybrid role for a Sales Manager based in Toronto, ON. The Sales Manager will be responsible for driving sales growth, overseeing client relationships, and ensuring strategic alignment with the company's objectives. Day‑to‑day tasks include developing sales strategies, generating leads, managing a sales team, preparing reports, and identifying new business opportunities. While the position is based in Toronto, some remote work flexibility is available. Qualifications Strong sales and negotiation skills, with the ability to identify and close business opportunities Experience in team management, leadership, and performance monitoring Expertise in developing and executing effective sales strategies Proficient communication and presentation skills, both written and verbal Knowledge of the security services, investigations, or related industries is an asset Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a hybrid work model Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or related field is preferred Proficiency in CRM tools and Microsoft Office Suite A results‑oriented mindset with strong problem‑solving and analytical skills What You’ll Be Doing Prospecting new clients daily Conducting presentations and meetings Attending condominium board meetings Developing strategic partnerships Responding to RFPs and tenders Building relationships with decision‑makers Negotiating and closing contracts Maintaining CRM and sales reportsRepresenting CPIS throughout Ontario Preferred Industries & Experience Security Services Property Management Condominium Management Alarm Systems CCTV & Access Control Parking Operations Commercial Services Business‑to‑Business (B2B) Sales What We’re Looking For Proven closer Strong networking skills Comfortable with cold calling and prospecting Professional presentation skills Ability to work independently Results‑driven mindset Desire to build a long‑term career Compensation Phase 1 – Probationary Period (First 90 Days) Base Salary: $50,000 annually During the first 90 days, the successful candidate must demonstrate their ability to generate business and build a sustainable sales pipeline. Minimum Performance Expectations The candidate must achieve: $100,000 in new contracted revenue within the first 90 days Active sales pipeline development Consistent prospecting activity Professional representation of CPIS Meeting these targets demonstrates the ability to successfully perform in the role and qualifies the candidate for advancement.

Phase 2 – Permanent Position Upon successful completion of probation: Compensation increases to a minimum $75,000 annual package Additional earnings may include: Performance bonuses Commission opportunities Vehicle allowance (where applicable) Executive growth opportunities High Performer Compensation The position is designed for significant income growth.
