• Strictly Goa Resident
• Background preference is in Print, Radio, or Activation Sales. FMCG , Telecom and Manufacturing can be considered.
• Minimum 8+ years of relevant experience is required.

• Strong sales leader with proven track record in media sales
• Expertise in Print with added exposure to Digital, OOH, and BTL
• Ability to build and sell integrated marketing solutions
• Strong analytical, negotiation, and stakeholder management skills
• Proficient in Excel and PowerPoint

Experience: 15+ years (7+ years in Print / Radio / BTL)

Qualification: PGDBM (Full Time/Part Time) / Graduation (BSc preferred)

To lead the Goa sub-office with a team size of 5 and drive revenue growth by delivering print-led and 360° integrated marketing solutions, while building a strong pipeline, enhancing client relationships, and ensuring consistent target achievement.

• Revenue Ownership
• Own and deliver monthly, quarterly, and annual AOP targets
• Ensure strong pipeline, forecasting accuracy, and deal closures
• Client & Market Development
• Acquire new clients and grow existing accounts
• Identify new sectors and unlock revenue opportunities

• Develop new on-ground activation ideas tailored to the Goa market
• Launch innovative properties to enhance revenue streams
• Team Leadership
• Lead and mentor the team to drive performance and accountability
• Build a strong, result-oriented sales culture
• Operations & Collections
• Ensure seamless campaign execution through cross-functional coordination
• Maintain control on receivables and improve collection efficiency
