Role Description This is a full-time hybrid role for a Sales Manager, located in Fort Saskatchewan, AB, with the flexibility to work from home part-time. The Sales Manager will oversee and execute sales strategies to achieve revenue goals, build strong client relationships, and identify growth opportunities.

Responsibilities include leading sales activities, creating tailored solutions for clients, managing client accounts, and preparing sales reports. The role also involves collaborating with internal teams to ensure client satisfaction and driving long-term business success. Qualifications Skills in Sales Strategy, Client Relationship Management, and Business Development Proficiency in Account Management, Negotiation, and Contract Management Experience with Market Analysis, Marketing Planning, and Sales Forecasting Strong communication, leadership, and problem-solving abilities Proficiency in sales-related tools and software, such as CRM systems Ability to thrive in a hybrid work environment, demonstrating time management and adaptability Previous experience in hospitality or the hotel industry is a strong asset Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Hospitality Management, or a related field preferred
