Job Description We're looking for a dynamic and results-driven Sales Manager to join our growing team in Bangalore, India. Lead, mentor, and motivate a team of sales professionals to achieve and exceed sales targets while fostering a supportive and inclusive team culture Develop and implement strategic sales initiatives to expand the customer base, increase market share, and identify new business opportunities Establish and maintain strong, transparent relationships with key clients and stakeholders, ensuring exceptional service delivery and customer satisfaction Analyze sales data, market trends, and competitor activities to identify growth opportunities and make data-driven strategic decisions Conduct regular performance reviews, provide constructive coaching, and support professional development for team members Create and deliver compelling sales presentations to prospective clients, showcasing our value proposition with clarity and enthusiasm Collaborate with cross-functional teams including marketing, operations, and customer service to ensure seamless client experiences and retention Prepare comprehensive sales reports and present insights to senior management with transparency and analytical rigor Monitor and manage sales budgets, forecasts, and resource allocation to ensure efficient operations and profitability Stay informed about industry trends, regional market dynamics, and competitive landscape to maintain a strategic advantage Qualifications Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Sales, or a related field Minimum of 5 years of progressive sales experience, with at least 3 years in a sales management or leadership role Proven track record of consistently achieving and exceeding sales targets and revenue goals Strong leadership and interpersonal skills with the ability to motivate, develop, and inspire team members Excellent negotiation, communication, and presentation skills with the ability to articulate ideas clearly and persuasively Proficiency in sales strategy development, performance analysis, and financial acumen Experience with CRM software and sales analytics tools Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and translate insights into actionable strategies Demonstrated expertise in client relationship management and account management Fluency in English; proficiency in additional languages is an advantage In-depth understanding of Indian business culture, practices, and regional market dynamics Knowledge of cross-cultural communication and ability to work effectively in diverse, multicultural environments Exceptional organizational and time management skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities Resilience, adaptability, and a flexible approach to problem-solving in a dynamic business environment Commitment to transparency, ethical business practices, and inclusive team leadership Additional Information Diversity & Inclusion for Accor means welcoming each and everyone and respecting their differences by giving priority only to qualities and skills in extending employment and development opportunities.
