Job Description: Sales Leader โ US Market Position Title: Sales Leader / Head of Sales โ US Market Experience Required: 15+ Years Reporting To: Chief Executive Officer (CEO) Team Size: 15+ BDEs / BDMs Role Overview: We are seeking a highly experienced Sales Leader with strong exposure to the US market to drive revenue growth, client acquisition, and sales excellence. The ideal candidate will lead a large sales team, own end-to-end sales strategy, and take final ownership of deal closures while reporting directly to the CEO. Key Responsibilities Sales Leadership & Team Management Lead, mentor, and manage a team of 15+ Business Development Executives (BDEs) / Business Development Managers (BDMs) Set clear sales targets, KPIs, and performance metrics for the team Track and review weekly and monthly team performance , pipelines, and closures Conduct regular performance reviews, coaching, and corrective action plans Revenue Growth & Deal Closure Take final-level ownership of negotiations and deal closures Drive high-value and strategic sales opportunities in the US market Ensure achievement of revenue, margin, and growth targets Build and maintain a strong and predictable sales pipeline Client Acquisition & Market Expansion Acquire new clients in the US market through strategic prospecting and networking Develop strong relationships with CXOs, decision-makers, and key stakeholders Identify new market opportunities and growth areas Represent the company in client meetings, presentations, and negotiations Strategy & Reporting Work closely with the CEO on sales strategy, forecasting, and expansion plans Prepare and present weekly/monthly sales reports, forecasts, and insights Improve sales processes, tools, and methodologies for higher efficiency Required Skills & Qualifications 12+ years of experience in Sales / Business Development in the US market Proven experience managing large sales teams (15+ BDEs/BDMs) Strong expertise in team management, performance tracking, and reporting Demonstrated ability to close complex and high-value deals Strong negotiation, presentation, and communication skills Experience in new client acquisition and end-to-end deal closure Strategic thinker with hands-on execution capability
