Store Store Name Northeast Mall Responsibilities Express is seeking a Retail Sales Leader to join our team. Drive store operations on the sales floor and in the stockroom Assist in training associates and deliver strong in-store shopping experiences Develop and motivate associates to maximize sales potential Provide in-the-moment coaching on floor operations, customer service, stockroom management and standards execution Partner with Store Management to provide feedback on associate performance Train associates on store operations, product, policy, and procedures Execute action plans to optimize results Manage daily store operations and ensure appropriate associate coverage Oversee checkout experience and merchandise flow (including shipment, replenishment, and omni-channel operations) Monitor and analyze customer service provided by team members Build effective staff schedules for peak coverage Promote an environment focused on delivering great in-store experiences Resolve customer service issues to positive outcomes Lead and model the customer experience standard Display expert knowledge of product, policies, promotions, and loyalty programs Provide leadership with product launches, visual presentation standards, signage, etc.
