Job Title: Sales Leader – AI Services & Digital Transformation Location: Pune Experience Required: 10+ Years Role Overview: We are looking for a seasoned Sales Leader with strong experience in selling AI Services, Digital Transformation Services, Engineering Services, and Custom-led solutions to large customers across Pan India. The ideal candidate should have a strong background in hunting, engaging with Business Heads, Practice Heads, Delivery Heads, and senior leadership stakeholders, and driving strategic revenue growth across manufacturing, industrial, GCC, and large business segments. This role requires expertise in consultative selling of AI-led transformation services Key Responsibilities: Drive sales for AI Services, Digital Transformation, Engineering Services Identify, build, and manage strategic relationships with large accounts across Pan India Own end-to-end sales cycle including prospecting, solution positioning, proposal management, negotiations, and closures Engage with Business Heads, Practice Heads, Delivery Heads, VP-level stakeholders, and senior leadership to understand business challenges and position transformation-led solutions Develop and execute account plans for new logo acquisition as well as existing account growth Collaborate with delivery, presales, and leadership teams to build winning proposals and large transformation deals Drive revenue growth across manufacturing, industrial automation, GCCs, and large technology accounts Must Have: 10+ years of experience in Sales / Business Development Strong experience in selling AI Services, Engineering Services, Digital Transformation Services, or Consulting-led offerings Proven experience handling large accounts across Pan India Experience engaging Business Heads, Practice Heads, Delivery Heads, and closing high-value strategic deals Exposure to manufacturing, industrial, GCC, automotive, engineering, BFSI or technology sectors Strong consultative selling and solutioning mindset Please apply or share your resume to
