Crestbell Support Pvt. Ltd. is a fast-growing IT services company based in Chandigarh, delivering web development, mobile applications, digital marketing, and AI automation solutions to clients across India and globally. We are hiring 5 Sales Heads who are self-driven, target-oriented professionals ready to hit the ground running — generating leads, closing deals, onboarding clients, and building local corporate connections from Day 1. About the Role: This is a hands-on execution role. You will not just manage — you will personally prospect, pitch, and close. You will lead a small team of sales executives while owning your individual revenue target every month. You will report directly to the VP of Sales and work closely with the delivery team to ensure smooth client onboarding. Services You Will Be Selling: Web Development — WordPress, Shopify, React, Angular, Landing Pages Mobile App Development — Flutter and React Native (Android and iOS) Digital Marketing — Facebook/Instagram Ads, Google Ads, SEO, Social Media Management. AI Workers and Automation (Our Key Differentiator) — AI Sales Agents, Lead Generation Agents, Customer Support Agents, Appointment Booking Bots, AI Content Workers.
UI/UX Design, CRM Setup and Integration, Website Maintenance Retainers Key Responsibilities: Hands-On Sales Execution Execute daily outbound outreach through LinkedIn, cold calls, emails, and referrals to generate and qualify leads consistently Own personal monthly and quarterly revenue targets and ensure consistent deal closures without requiring constant supervision Conduct client discovery calls, service demos, and presentations independently Prepare customized proposals and service decks based on client requirements and follow up until closure Maintain and update the sales pipeline accurately in CRM tools on a daily basis Mid-Level Corporate Tie-Ups and Networking Identify and approach SMEs, startups, retail businesses, and mid-size companies requiring project-based or retainer IT services for long-term tie-ups Build corporate connections and a strong local network in Chandigarh, Delhi NCR, Mohali, Ludhiana, and nearby business hubs Develop a referral network with local digital agencies, freelancers, web designers, and business consultants who can send consistent work Attend local networking events, startup meetups, business expos, and chamber of commerce forums to generate new leads and connections Identify white-label opportunities with local agencies that need a reliable IT delivery partner Team Leadership and Daily Management Manage and guide a small team of 3–5 sales executives on daily outreach activities, lead qualification, and target achievement Train junior executives on pitching Crestbell's services, handling objections. Conduct brief daily standups with the team to review pipeline, resolve blockers, and maintain momentum Report weekly performance data — leads generated, proposals sent, deals closed, and pipeline value — to the VP of Sales Client Onboarding and Account Management Ensure smooth handover of newly signed clients to the project delivery team with proper briefing and documentation Maintain regular follow-up with onboarded clients to ensure satisfaction and identify upsell or cross-sell opportunities Build strong post-sale relationships to drive client retention, repeat business, and referrals Act as the first point of escalation for any client concerns before escalating to senior management Requirements: 4–8 years of experience in IT services sales (web, mobile, digital marketing, or automation preferred) Minimum 1–2 years in a Sales Head, Senior BDM, or team lead role Proven personal track record of closing B2B clients in Indian markets — international experience is an advantage Existing local corporate network or business connections is a strong advantage Strong verbal and written communication and presentation skills Hands-on experience with CRM tools such as HubSpot, Zoho, or Salesforce Active LinkedIn presence with demonstrated experience in B2B outreach and lead generation Self-motivated, highly target-driven, and capable of working and delivering with minimal supervision Comfortable doing both individual sales work and managing a small team simultaneously What We Offer: Competitive fixed salary based on experience and performance history Aggressive monthly and quarterly performance incentives with no cap 5 open positions with immediate joining preferred Clear growth path to VP of Sales for high performers Work with industry-leading AI-driven service offerings that are easy to sell Collaborative, fast-paced, and growth-focused team environment Direct access to and coordination with senior leadership
