ROLE OVERVIEW We are partnering with a fast-growing, promoter-led alloy and special steel manufacturer to hire a National Sales Head. This is the apex commercial leadership role in the organisation โ€” reporting directly to the Managing Director โ€” responsible for scaling an existing revenue base of โ‚น250 Cr, entering strategic new markets, and building a high-performing national sales organisation. The ideal candidate is a seasoned sales leader with deep exposure to high-specification steel, forgings, or adjacent engineering sectors, and a proven track record of enterprise account management, vendor qualification cycles, and value-based selling.

Key customers include BHEL, Siemens Energy, Flender, and Defence factories. The company currently generates approximately โ‚น250 Cr annually from its existing base, with a clear path to โ‚น500 Cr+ through strategic expansion and deeper market penetratio n.The company is now in a significant growth phase โ€” investing in new capabilities, entering Aerospace and Defence OEM ecosystems, and pursuing global Tier-1 approvals.
