You will help build the infrastructure that allows global talent to move faster and build the future. What You'll Do Strategic Execution: Manage end-to-end processes for high-skilled immigration cases (O-1, EB-1, EB-2 NIW) , ensuring a "weeks, not months" delivery standard. Customer Excellence: Act as a dedicated partner to world-class technologists and founders, providing white-glove support and clear guidance through stressful legal transitions.

Product & Operations: Collaborate with the engineering and product teams to refine the software platform, automating manual workflows to enhance the user experience. Scale: Help define the "Lighthouse Standard" for quality as the company scales its operations to support hundreds of new customers monthly. Who You Are Experience: 2+ years of experience in high-stakes environments such as high-growth startups , consulting , or specialized legal operations.

Owner's Mindset: You thrive in ambiguity and are excited to build processes from scratch rather than just following a manual. Communication: Exceptional written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to distill complex information into simple, actionable steps.
