Sales Floor Associate

Sales Floor Associate (FULL-TIME, ON-SITE) We are looking for energetic and customer-focused Sales Associates to join the XTREMEX flagship store team in Delhi. This role is ideal for individuals who enjoy interacting with customers, have a passion for fashion and fitness, and are motivated by sales targets and growth opportunities. As a Sales Associate, you will be the face of the brand and play a key role in delivering an exceptional shopping experience while helping customers find products they love.

Responsibilities • Assist customers with product selection and styling recommendations • Deliver an outstanding in-store customer experience • Achieve individual and store sales targets • Build strong relationships with customers and encourage repeat purchases • Maintain product displays and visual merchandising standards • Ensure the store is clean, organized, and well-presented at all times • Assist with stock replenishment and inventory management • Support billing and POS operations when required • Stay updated on new product launches, promotions, and collections • Represent the XTREMEX brand with enthusiasm and professionalism Who Should Apply?
