We`re looking for a high-energy, commercially minded Sales Executive to drive occupancy across our student accommodation. We sell more than rooms; we sell belonging, community and possibility. That requires pace and commercial focus but also care and trust. What you’ll be doing Driving new leads and enquiries through proactive outreach (open days, student fairs, events & digital channels) Converting enquiries into viewings, and viewings into bookings Delivering compelling tours that help students feel at home before they’ve even moved in Handling objections with confidence and empathy Encouraging existing residents to rebook for next year through tailored offers and events Keeping a tight sales pipeline: fast follow-up, disciplined CRM usage, and strong closing conversations Achieving occupancy and revenue targets across multiple properties Staying sharp on competitor activity, pricing and market trends Win in a competitive market by staying sharp on pricing xwzovoh & offers What you’ll bring Has proven sales experience (B2B or B2C): recruitment sales, mobile/tech, hospitality, property or business development Hungry for targets, recognition and commission Thrives in a sales buzz with seasonal peaks Competitive but always values‑led and customer‑focused Loves solving objections and closing conversations Has strong communication and negotiation skills Enjoys meeting people and building relationships Is organised, proactive and self‑motivated
