Job DescriptionThe Opportunity Due to our expansion and the development of our brand-new, state-of-the-art premises, Dunleas of Kilcullen, a long-established leader in the Kildare automotive market, is seeking to recruit an ambitious Sales Executive / Trainee Sales Executive to join our team. This is an exciting opportunity for either an experienced sales professional looking to take the next step in their career or a highly motivated individual who is interested in building a successful career in the automotive industry. We are open to candidates at different stages of their career.

The role and package will reflect the successful candidate's experience and capability, with full training and support provided for those joining us as a Trainee Sales Executive. Key Responsibilities Managing customer enquiries from the showroom, telephone, website and other digital channels. Building strong relationships with customers and understanding their individual needs.

Selling new and used vehicles, finance, accessories and other value-added products. Guiding customers through the vehicle purchasing process, from initial enquiry through to vehicle handover. Conducting vehicle demonstrations and accompanying customers on test drives.

Developing and maintaining a strong knowledge of the Kia range, used vehicle stock, finance products, accessories and value-added products. Maintaining accurate customer records and effectively managing all enquiries through the dealership CRM system. Ensuring all sales administration and documentation is completed accurately and in line with dealership, manufacturer and finance company procedures.

Maintaining high standards of showroom and vehicle presentation. Keeping up to date with manufacturer product knowledge, market trends and competitor activity. Working towards agreed sales, customer service and performance targets.

Candidate Requirements Experienced Sales Executive Minimum 2 years experience as a Motor Sales Executive with a proven track record of achieving and exceeding sales targets. Previous experience mentoring or supporting colleagues would be advantageous. Strong negotiation, communication, and interpersonal skills.

Customer-focused with a professional and proactive approach. Digitally competent and willing to learn new systems. Full, clean driving licence.

Trainee Sales Executive A genuine interest in sales and the automotive industry. Previous customer service or sales experience would be advantageous. Excellent communication skills and confidence dealing with customers.
