£27,000 – £35,000 basic (negotiable DOE)

We're a well-established and growing recruitment business with offices in Swinton and Blackburn, specialising across a range of engineering and technical sectors. Due to continued growth, we're now looking for a driven Sales Executive to join the Swinton team with a structured training route to become a Specialist Recruitment Consultant.

This is a fantastic opportunity for someone with strong B2B sales experience who's ready to take the next step in their career, developing high-level sales, negotiation, and people skills while earning great commission and progressing fast.

The Role

Starting as a Sales Executive, you'll:

• Proactively engage with businesses to introduce our services and identify hiring needs
• Develop strong client relationships through consistent follow-up and value-led communication
• Generate new business opportunities and leads
• Work closely with senior recruiters to learn the full recruitment process
• Build your knowledge of niche engineering markets and “hard to find” talent
• Progress into managing your own recruitment desk, taking full control of client relationships and placements
