Job Description
Overview Field Sales Executive – Full time, Permanent. Base salary £26,700 per annum with up to 10% bonus (OTE £29,370) and Company Car (Toyota CHR). Working 40 hours per week, Monday to Friday.
Territory covers stores for Birds Eye, Goodfella’s and Aunt Bessie’s across the UK. As a field‑based sales professional you will own your store route, develop strong retailer relationships, and drive growth. Responsibilities Own and manage your store visit route like a mini business.
Build strong relationships with store managers and key decision makers. Spot growth opportunities and turn them into action. Increase distribution, visibility, and promotional compliance.

Hold a full UK driving licence for at least 12 months. Additional Notes You will be representing frozen food brands, so the role involves significant time working in store freezer environments. Protective clothing – such as hat, gloves, jacket – is provided.
