Your Mission & Responsibilities As a Sales Executive, you are the face of our values in the field. Your goal is to manage a robust sales pipeline while maintaining the highest professional standards. Execute the Sales Plan: Manage and grow a $1.6M+ territory with a focus on a 45%+ Success Ratio and an average job size of $7,000+.
Master the Process: Learn and execute the sales process (pre-bid, during bid, post-bid) to ensure a world-class customer experience. Collaborative Accountability: Attend weekly Goal Alignment Meetings (GAM) and L10 team meetings. You will track your progress against a personal sales plan with direct guidance from the Sales Manager.
Consultative Selling: Beyond painting services, you will cross-sell various product offerings, acting as a true solutions-provider for our clients. Reporting Excellence: Maintain an accurate CRM and provide weekly reports that reflect your drivers, restrainers, and commitment to your targets.
