Developing new business opportunities with both new and existing customers.

Building and maintaining strong, trusted relationships with key decision-makers. Understanding the specific needs of clients to offer effective engineering solutions. Creating and implementing strategies to generate new leads.

Scheduling appointments for the field-based sales engineering team. Working towards and achieving realistic revenue targets. Who They're Looking For At least one year of experience in a B2B (business-to-business) sales role.

Experience within an engineering or technical environment would be an advantage but is not essential. A genuine interest in learning about facility engineering solutions. The ability to analyse market information and customer feedback to inform sales strategies.

A collaborative team player who is focused on providing excellent customer service. Proficiency in using Microsoft Office Suite and LinkedIn Sales Navigator. A valid UK driver's licence and access to a vehicle is desirable.
