They are looking for a motivated Sales Executive to join their supportive and successful team.\n\nBenefits:\n\n * Lucrative bonus scheme\n\n * 25 day holiday + bank holidays + purchase additional holiday\n\n * Fantastic career progression opportunities\n\n * Private medical\n\n * Life insurance\n\n * Enhanced pension\n\nWhat You Will Be Doing:\n\n * Identifying and connecting with potential new clients across various industries.\n\n * Developing new business opportunities with both new and existing customers.\n\n * Building and maintaining strong, trusted relationships with key decision-makers.\n\n * Understanding the specific needs of clients to offer effective engineering solutions.\n\n * Creating and implementing strategies to generate new leads.\n\n * Scheduling appointments for the field-based sales engineering team.\n\n * Working towards and achieving realistic revenue targets.\n\nWho They’re Looking For:\n\n * At least one year of experience in a B2B (business-to-business) sales role.\n\n * Experience within an engineering or technical environment would be an advantage but is not essential.\n\n * A genuine interest in learning about facility engineering solutions.\n\n * The ability to analyse market information and customer feedback to inform sales strategies.\n\n * A collaborative team player who is focused on providing excellent customer service.\n\n * Proficiency in using Microsoft Office Suite and LinkedIn Sales Navigator.\n\n * A valid UK driver's licence and access to a vehicle is desirable.\n\nPlease note that due to the nature of this role, candidates must be UK residents living within a commutable distance of Bradford.
