Role Description This is a full-time, on-site role for a Sales Executive based in Bengaluru.

The Sales Executive will be responsible for identifying and building relationships with prospective clients, understanding their needs, and presenting tailored marketing solutions. Daily tasks include prospecting and lead generation, handling client inquiries, negotiating contracts, and achieving set sales targets. Collaboration with internal teams to ensure client satisfaction and alignment with company goals is also a key part of this role.

Qualifications Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to build effective client relationships and present solutions confidently Proficiency in sales strategies, negotiation, and proven ability to meet or exceed sales targets Experience in lead generation, market research, and CRM tools Analytical thinking and problem-solving skills to address client needs and deliver practical solutions Adaptability and resilience in a fast-paced, target-driven environment A bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a relevant field Previous experience in marketing, sales, or business development is a plus Salary Fixed salary + attractive incentives
