Role Description This is a full-time, on-site Sales Executive role based in Halesowen Audi. The Sales Executive will be responsible for actively engaging with customers to understand their needs, providing knowledgeable and professional guidance on vehicle options, and building lasting relationships to foster customer satisfaction and loyalty. Additional responsibilities include meeting sales targets, ensuring a seamless sales process, collaborating with other departments, and staying up-to-date with the latest automotive products and trends.

Qualifications Sales and negotiation skills to effectively identify customer needs, present solutions, and close deals Customer service and relationship-building capabilities to ensure an exceptional buying experience Strong communication and interpersonal xwzovoh skills to engage with customers and colleagues effectively Basic understanding of automotive products and a willingness to stay informed on industry developments Previous experience in a retail or sales environment is highly advantageous Proactive attitude, self-motivation, and goal-oriented mindset Valid driver's license and willingness to travel locally as needed Strong organizational and time management skills
