Location: Jodhpur, Rajasthan Work Mode: Work From Office Employment: Full-Time Salary: ₹20,000 – ₹35,000 per month + Performance Incentives Openings: Multiple Positions

About the Role

Shri Ji Irrigation is looking for energetic, confident and result-oriented Sales Executives – Inside Sales who can communicate with potential customers, understand their requirements, follow up consistently and convert qualified leads into successful sales.

This is a sales and client-conversion role, not just a calling position.

Key Responsibilities

- Handle incoming and assigned sales leads - Contact potential customers through phone and WhatsApp - Understand customer requirements and buying intent - Explain products, services and project solutions effectively - Build trust and maintain professional relationships with prospects - Conduct regular follow-ups with interested customers - Handle customer queries and sales objections confidently - Convert qualified leads into customers - Maintain complete lead and follow-up records in CRM - Coordinate with senior sales team for quotations and closures - Achieve monthly sales and conversion targets - Maintain strong follow-up discipline throughout the sales cycle

Candidate Requirements

- 1–4 years of experience in Sales / Inside Sales / Tele Sales / Business Development preferred - Strong Hindi communication skills - Good convincing and negotiation skills - Experience in customer handling and lead conversion - Comfortable handling sales calls throughout the day - Strong follow-up and closing skills - Target-oriented and performance-driven attitude - Basic computer and CRM knowledge - Good communication and interpersonal skills
